Community Tai Chi Classes are every Sat. from 1:00-2:00pm, payment via food donations.
Early Morning Qigong Classes every Wed. from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. For early birds come in and get an extra pep in your step.
Horse Seminar Date
Sat. June 15th -9:30am-3:00pm
Meditation Circle
Every Weds. from 12:15-12:45pm, classes are free but donations are welcome
Sound Meditations are every second Weds. of each month.
17th Annual Summer Retreat
Fri. August 2nd-Weds.August 7th
*Reminder The week of 4th of July there will be no classes.
