EYES: Relaxed and looking straight ahead, level and unfocussed.
TIP OF TONGUE: touching the roof of your mouth.
ARMS: hanging loose, naturally by the sides.
CHEST: relaxed and down (not rising).
SPINE: Remaining relaxed, lift your spine gently upward as if pulled up from the top of the head.
LEGS: are straight with the knees slightly bent.
FEET: shoulder width apart.
NOTES: As you move into this position, maintain relaxation and
avoid tensing any part of your body. Let your breath flow
freely and bring your attention fully to what you are doing.
