Welcome to our Reference Library. This contains detailed information on all of our teaching material. We provide this as a rich resource for our students, and for others who are interested in T'ai Chi. This section is being developed, and will grow over time, so please check back later to see what's new. The long-term intention is to collect this reference material together with short video clips and helpful diagrams and explanations and publish a multimedia CD for our students. We'll let you know when it's available!

Please note that we currently have two printed publications available internationally. The first is an essential for any student in the school, the "Golden Flower T'ai Chi Manual". This gives detailed instructions for any student practicing the form. The second publication is the Warm up Manual. These books can be ordered from our Shopping page. You will find a small excerpt from this below.
